Nick is a fifth generation Montanan having grown up just 4 blocks from The Barrister and Cathy is a 3rd generation Montanan having grown up just 7 blocks from The Barrister. Both Nick and Cathy, have called Montana their home all their lives. Nick is a graduate of the University of Montana, a retired criminal defense attorney and now living his dream life - still taking care of people's needs but in a more positive, wholesome atmosphere. Cathy is a graduate of Helena’s Carroll College and has an employment history in banking, education law and state government. Nick purchased the mansion in 1991 and after extensive detailed restoration, opened to the public as Helena's second Bed and Breakfast.
Both Nick & Cathy love the Helena area and all it has to offer. They can often times be found boating on the Missouri River in the Gates of the Mountains Wilderness or hiking one of the many trails in or around Helena.
